Telephone Technical Assistance
For those customers that realize they may only need guidance or trouble shooting assistance, we have technical service personnel available to accommodate your needs via the telephone. Our team is trained to recognize those problems and repairs that do not require an on-site visit and will walk you through the process of a routine part replacement or repair procedure.
Depot Repair Avoid a service call charge and drop your equipment off at our service facility for a minimal bench fee. Our staff will inspect, clean and repair your printer in a timely fashion.
